Ranch Policies

PROPERTY RENTAL.  A $1500 non-refundable deposit is due upon execution of a contract agreement. The balance is due one month prior to your event date.


Our property is available to you on your date from the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

200 guest maximum


The event ends & cleanup will begin immediately after the bride & groom depart.


Music must be turned off at 10:00 p.m. 


A 1 hour rehearsal may be scheduled prior to your event & is based on venue availability.  

You are welcome to schedule visits to the ranch for viewing & planning prior to your event.

CATERING. You are free to choose a licensed caterer of your choice or use one recommended by the Ranch.

ALCOHOL POLICY.  A licensed bartender may serve beer, wine & champagne. The bar may be opened for a period not to exceed 5 hours, but must close by 9:30 p.m.

EVENT SET UP.  We are pleased to set up the benches at the ceremony area and the tables & chairs at the reception area for you. All of the property belonging to you, your guests, invitees, agents & sub-contractors will be your responsibility & must be removed by the end of your event.


EVENT CLEAN UP.  The Ranch will be responsible for tearing down the tables & chairs.  We will also be responsible for sweeping, mopping & hauling away the garbage. Clean up should conclude by 11 p.m.


You will be responsible for returning the property to the state that it was provided to you. This includes clearing trash from tables, any borrowed Ranch items cleaned & replaced and all decorations removed.



INSURANCE.  You will be required to purchase an event insurance policy. You are welcome to purchase your own or use a company recommended by us. wedsafe.com
